Each shoe is designed by a modern CAD system to optimize the cutting of materials of the upper by means of a die board. The different parts, possibly with custom embroidery and / or prints, are sewn by specific machineries. The sole is made from specific molds based on the type and use of the shoe. The completion is done by hand with the assembly of the sole and insole. The shoe is then subject to strict compliance checks.
